Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, detailed maintenance management, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and address issues before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination:

Manage and coordinate schedules for property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Schedule and oversee vendor and contractor appointments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Maintain and update the property management calendar to ensure all deadlines and appointments are met.
Maintenance Management:

Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues proactively.
Develop and implement a detailed maintenance plan for each property, including preventive maintenance schedules.
Track and manage maintenance requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.

Organization and Documentation:

Maintain organized records of property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Ensure all property management documents and records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Prepare and distribute reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and other relevant information.
Communication and Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, vendors, and contractors.
Address and resolve tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Communicate maintenance schedules and updates to tenants and property owners.
Proactive Problem-Solving:

Identify potential issues before they become problems and develop proactive solutions.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve property management processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance property management services.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong COMMUNICATION and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively address issues.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
