Copy of Add Email addresses to excel from websites (agregar direcciones de correo de paginas websites)

General Instructions:

You need to check to copy email addresses from a list of website to an excel spreadsheet (workana_mails2.xls). The file contains 3,500 rows listing the websites. Not all these links will be valid.

I do not expect you to complete all websites. It is OK if you fill in at least 2,800.

Below are some detailed steps which may help you organize for this task.

Steps for task:
1.    From the excel spreadsheet, search online each website
2.    If the website is not available, add a “no” in the excel spreadsheet in the column that says “valid_web”, next to that website.

If the website is available, proceed to step 3.
3.    Check if there is an available email contact on it. Do not spend more than 40 seconds searching for it. I want to get the list of “easy to access” email addresses.

      a.    Emails are usually:
                In the top of the website
                In the bottom of the website
                Or after clicking on the website link that says “Contact” or “Contact us”
4.    If you find the email address, copy it to the excel file, in the row next to the website.
5.    If you find more than one email address, copy first the email for “customer services / or repairs”. You can add the other emails in the next column, or split them with a “/”.
