I have a document of 4 pages that needs to be either converted from pdf into word (a4) and accurately reflect the design in the pdf or made into an editable pdf which i can fill in specific variables such as shown below.

The text needs to be editable in word without the design changing wildly any time the words are amended or added.

For example i should be able to add a client name to the contract document or change the contract currency. When adding returns/lines to a page the blue background and text should stay aligned.
