Descrição do trabalho Blue Yonder /jda -wms warehouse management system • 5-7 years of expereience in blue yonder warehouse management module • must have experience in blueyonder warehouse management application support (l2, l3 issues) • must have experience in resolving complex issues in blueyonder wms • must have experience on blueyonder wms module enhancements • knowledge on end to end supplychain operations • ability to handle the support activities and take overall charge to ensure timely resolution of the issues raised. • Responsible and takes ownership for issues and co-ordinate with offshore • ms sql knowledge to analyse performance issues • windows server side support knowledge to monitor services, performance etc. • Willing to work on-call support in AMS • Good communication skills ( English)
