Our company is doing residential remodeling and new home construction and we need a manager who will handle various tasks related to construction. need to speak fluent english, be computer oriented and know construction trades. Project Scheduling • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to schedule project phases. • Maintain and update the project calendar, ensuring everyone is aware of deadlines and milestones. • Confirm appointments with clients and subcontractors. 3. Documentation and Paperwork • Organize project files, contracts, and permits. • Prepare and file permits or other legal documentation. • Keep track of warranties, contracts, and important documents related to each project. 4. Quoting and Invoicing • Assist in preparing quotes and estimates for clients based on project specifications. • Track project costs and assist in preparing invoices. • Follow up on payments and maintain records of transactions. 5. Procurement and Inventory Management • Order materials and supplies needed for projects, coordinating with vendors. • Track delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time. • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. 6. Site Coordination and Logistics • Arrange site access for contractors, inspectors, and other personnel. • Manage daily schedules to ensure all team members are aware of their assignments. • Organize transportation or accommodations for out-of-town projects, if needed. 7. Quality Control Support • Assist in tracking progress reports and quality control measures. • Collect and organize client feedback during and after project completion. • Schedule final walkthroughs and address any remaining client concerns. 8. Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) • Update the company’s website and social media with project updates or promotions. • Organize and maintain the CRM database, tracking client information and leads. • Send follow-up messages or check-ins with previous clients for potential repeat business. 9. Administrative Support • Maintain a well-organized digital and physical filing system. • Handle office supply ordering and equipment maintenance. • Prepare reports, presentations, or other materials for meetings with clients or stakeholders.
