Configuração de dominio em servidor

Meu site esta off, aconteceu logo após trocar o cartão de débito das mensalidades de hospedagem. Ainda voltou a funcionar com suporte do próprio servidor mas agora esta off novamente. Eles passam as instruções como faze-lo mas ando sem tempo e trabalhando a noite.

Could you please run the below commands and check?

sudo service firewalld status
sudo ufw status verbose
sudo iptables -L
sudo netstat -plnt    [ Look for port#80 and 443 in the output ]

If any of these firewall softwares are active, you may want to stop and disable them and try to connect to your website again.
