Completion of "60-Day Longevity Challenge" which is approximately 70% complete

1) Participants take a 32-question assessment every 2 weeks (total 5 times) during the 60 days, with scores charted on a line chart (not yet coded).  There are 32 daily checkoff items, with emphasis on the "Basic-8": oz water, hrs sleep, servings fiber, minutes exercise, etc.  With each assessment they also get a "pie chart" with a trapezoid inside a perfect circle showing which of the 8 points they are weak (already coded} 

2) if participants have questions on any of the 32 points they can click to a "blurb" that has more detail and links to other websites.
Or they may link to the Facebook Community/blog.

3) With every assessment they are offered a supplement purchase to assist with their weakness.  These would link to marketing funnels & a shopify store outside the app that you don't have to worry about. 

4) My current developer claims to have completed 70% of the project, but ran into coding requirements beyond his abilities, primarily with the line chart & maybe with the daily checkoff.
I'm sorry, I don't know the code language, but assume it is common (we'll have to meet to identify it). 

5) There is a pretest/posttest of common health issues rated on a 5-point scale from "No Problem" to "Serious Problem" that will need a comparison table at the end. 

6) This is an app for desktop & mobile.

Project overview

The goal is to give participants a simple free tool to help them understand and achieve health & longevity goals. Most of the income will be devoted to the online junior high and high school at www.KingsWayClassicalAcademy.com, which is priced very inexpensive, for low-income families around the world.
