The research will be prompted with a retail website and will need to answer questions relating to the retailer's return policy details. Namely:

Return to physical store (y/n), pickup from house (y/n), returns dropped to 3rd party (y/n), return by post (y/n, with qualifiers), restocking fee (y/n) and its cost, unopened items refunded (y/n), opened items refunded (y/n), original shipping refunded (y/n), lenght of returns policy (days), time to process returns (days)
