Require a development of a data base that can accept information to handle up to 500 pax. The Data input will need to be recorded against a template showing job  tasks with a preset target level that is defined as competent across three levels of achievement, the system needs to be able to produce reports, and have a number of services / job types so an employee can record information on tasks achieved in alternate disciplines. Some examples are attached

Project overview

The excel doc as an example will provide the task information to be input, other examples show how the database reports the number of times a task is performed at what level and against a predetermined number of times designated as the target of achievement, These examples for one individual to track and monitor his current status and skills gap. Similar reports needed to be available for a collective of individuals, ie, crews, so that management can identify the crew strength and weaknesses.
