Hello, I'm trying to make an intranet for our company  - we are an asset manager based in Paris, Madrid, Singapore. Our business simply put, is we pick stocks (globally across all company sizes) and manage portfolios to generate returns.

I want to build a website & database for us to use internally as the go-to workstation in place of the traditional email and be an aggregator of our research and ideas (essentially a blog with Rap Genius annotations & evernote-like tag functions + webpage excel with filtering & sorting functions + database). Can explain in more detail over the phone - I'm free to talk tomorrow (Friday).

Time frame: 1st demo in 2 weeks, demo 2 in a month, polished product in 2 months + continual follow-up supports.

The website needs to look sleek, very usable, stable and secure - during project, I need to have frequent communication with programmer.
