Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm (singapore time)
- weekends and singapore public holidays: 9:30 am - 10:00 pm (singapore time)

job responsibilities:
1. Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries using digital channels and tools required by the client during specified hours.
2. Fulfill any reporting requirements and escalate inquiries that need special attention or cannot be addressed.
3. Manage comments and direct messages related to contests.
4. Ensure timely and accurate communication to maintain a positive community presence.

Performance Expectations:
- Must have experience in community management for consumer retail brands.
- Ability to handle high volumes of communication efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and engagement with the community.
