We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our web development and marketing agency. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, cold calling, meeting booking, and anything else related to finding and engaging potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and reach out to potential clients via cold calls and other communication channels.
- Book meetings with qualified leads.
- Attend initial client meetings to understand our services and offerings, assisting in refining our sales process.
- Work closely with the agency owner to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Experience & Skills:
- Experience Level: Open to any experience level, as long as you deliver results.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of web development and marketing services is required. You won’t be responsible for discussing technical details or pricing, but understanding what we offer is crucial.
- Target Market: Experience or understanding of selling to small businesses, e-commerce, and retail stores in North America, Europe, Panama, and Mexico is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Near-native English proficiency is a must. Decent Spanish is a plus.
- Communication & Sales Skills: Strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and experience in closing high-ticket sales are essential.

Compensation:
Fully commission-based with the potential for long-term collaboration. The exact commission percentage will be discussed during the interview process.

Tools & Training:
No specific tools required. We will primarily use Notion, and training will be provided if needed.

Working Hours:
Flexible working hours; results are what matter most.

Project overview

This project is a crucial step in the growth of my web development and marketing agency. Until now, it has been a one-man operation where I handled everything from client acquisition to project execution. However, I am now ready to expand and bring in a dedicated salesperson to create a continuous flow of clients, allowing the agency to scale and focus on delivering top-tier services. The goal is to transition from a solo-run business to a thriving agency with a steady stream of clients who value high-quality solutions. By filling this position, I aim to establish a strong sales process that will enable sustainable growth and open the door to new opportunities. Moreover, this role offers significant growth potential. If you drive results and prove your ability to generate consistent business, you will likely have the opportunity to manage additional salespeople as the agency grows. This could eventually lead to a role as the Sales Manager, overseeing the entire sales team and contributing strategically to the agency’s expansion.
