Job Description: Real estate acquisitions specialist. Calling and following up with U.S. Property owners on a daily basis. Making offers for the purchase of real estate. Inbound leads are supplied on a daily basis. Some cold calling may be required.
Requirements:
Must have consistent access to high speed internet and reliable phone connection. Must have a quiet location to work without background noise.
Must be able to quickly answer inbound calls throughout the day. Must quickly respond to new leads in our database.
Work is primarily done during United States East Coast hours, 9am-5pm.
Must be available for periodic meetings in person. An in person meeting may also be required before starting this position.
50+ outbound calls each day, handling warm leads, and following up with existing leads.
Exceptional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Highly coachable
Willing to learn, and committed for at least 12 months.
Compensation:
Base pay: $500-$1,500 per month
Commission: 2%-6% per deal
