Collectible card game pixel art template

I need a template for custom collectible card game.

I am attaching two files: the first one is a card template which is has a layout, image and text box size similar to what I need. The image - to text box ratio should be the same as in pic#1.

The small text box in the bottom right corners is not needed - please copy everything except it

It should be of resolution suitable for viewing fullscreen on modern smartphones

Graphical style should be pixel art styled - the second pic that have design remotely similar to what I imagine. It should be styled not like console pixel art game (8 or 16 bit) but more like an old PC RPG style


After the template is ready I should be able to make custom cards out of it - so I need resolution of picture that will be inserted in main image area

And also maybe you'll be able to recommend me a font to go along with it (it should have both Russian and English characters)

I am ready to pay $20 for this design
