Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships, acting as the primary contact between clients and internal teams. Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.). Collaborate with the ads team to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, reports, and strategic insights. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs are achieved. Identify opportunities to expand client accounts, upsell services, and drive growth. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise with campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction. Track and report on client performance and feedback. Qualifications 2+ years experience in client account management, preferably in an ads agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing and ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Data-driven mindset, with experience in campaign reporting and optimization. Experience using marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
