Greetings, I am looking for a Chinese speaker (traditional Chinese) to be part of my customer service team.

I run 2 e-commerce websites in Taiwan in the health and wellness niche, and I want someone to take care of customer support through:
1. Email (Freshdesk platform)
2. Social Network (Facebook and Instagram).


Your main tasks:
1. Know the products and explain to the customers if they have any doubts.
2. Reply to emails
3. Reply to social network private messages and post comments.
4. Create tickets
5. Check customers orders in our website and marketplaces.

Total Monthly hours: In average you will have 40 to 60 hours of work in a month.
You will work from Monday to Saturday.
Payment: 400 USD

Please only apply if you are:
1.
Available for a long term position (above 6 months).
2. Have experience with similar work.
3. Friendly
4. Good at following SOPs.
