2.) Android in native.
3.) Chatting using firebase.
4.) Notification using fcm.
5.) It is a support ticketing/helpdesk but implementing in chatting way.
6.) Able to see the typing indicator.
7.) Able to attach photo/pictures and allow to edit the photo before upload.
8.) Scan QR code for registration.
9.) Group and ticket chatting for user and service agent.
