This is a ChatBot which will send a weekly questionnaire for leaders. The answers will be recorded in the GSheets.
Part 1: there are 3-4 questions for the leader
Like his attendance to meetings. There will be around 3-4 meetings.

Part 2: the bot will pull out a list from the gsheet containing the list of people under that Leader. The Leader will check the attendance of those people in 2-3 meetings and send them to the BOT

The Bot will reply with the names of the people that are absent.

Part 3:
The Bot will ask for the names of his guests. The names of the guest will go to the list in Part 2. So that when the next week comes, the new name will appear in the follow-up checklist.
