Change Wordpress site from Jarvis Parallax theme to new modern parallax theme

I have Wordpress site built a few years ago, that was NOT really used as blog but as a manifest for my traveling philosophy and objectives.

* The site is multilingual (WPML): English, Italian
** ENG: https://thejourneyofdreams.org
** ITA: https://thejourneyofdreams.org/it (currently broken)
* The theme currently used is Jarvis, but it has been discontinued and is no more compatible to the latest WP version and other plugins

I would appreciate immediate availability, as I would like the site to be restored before the 21st of May.

What I need:

* migrate the site to a new Parallax theme (free or paid, will listen to your advice please provide 2 or 3 options pointing out the main differences)
* make sure the site has "Responsive" capability (shows well on mobile and tablets)
* make sure that colours remains the same
* make sure that the site style remain the closest possible to the current one (font and size can be updated to something better, and object positions too can change to more reasonable layout)
* make sure that the site stays multilingual
* make sure that the "share via social networks" feature works on all pages and update the option to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram and email (remove all other options), I accept suggestions to what plugins we can use if change is needed
* make sure that the "Miles", "Countries" and "Days" values on the homepage are updating via specific separate page fields for each value
* add gdpr requirements via "the gdpr framework" plugin: cookies banner, policies page
* configure a newsletter/mailing-lists contacts form (on the homepage) using buddyforms plugins and mailchimp service and sendgrid (if necessary).
* The newsletter will notify for new pages and new posts published on the website
* temporarily disable the shop section and move to free downloaded the digital book "100 days of beauty" (disable all the paid options and checkout process/page), maintaining woocommerce to count the number of free downloads
* temporarily disable the "travel log" (blog) section
* temporarily disable the connection to the followmee service
* unpublish (not delete) the project pages (and their translations): share my ride, filo fluido, la catrineria and tari bali
* suggest a better way to expose in the main page the content of the expandable sections without cluttering the homepage itself (e.G. "Live by example", the pursuit of happiness", "buy less", "waste less" and all the other you see in the page
* restore visit counter with revolvermaps.com (see bottom of the page)

Given the fixed amount of tasks I will be offering the job for a fixed price.

After this job is completed I need to do also some new implementations to the site that we can discuss when the job is successfully terminated.
