You have been provided with several data set in one global excel spreadsheet, named: workforce data.
The data is scattered in different worksheets and its quality is not ideal, it contains some inconsistencies, some information is missing.
You will have to prepare the data and analyze it to answer these questions:
1) What are the mains trends? (including headcounts, age, gender, length of service and any other relevant ones).

2) Based on the data sample received what would be one proposal for a analytic model?
