Camera Mode for my existing mobile application made in Android studio

Dear Sir / Madam
I would appreciate if you can integrate this new function into my already existing mobile app
The new part of my mobile application made in Android studio should work like that:

1. Press "Camera mode "button to open camera mode
The screen shows the surroundings captured by the camera
It show also  text -> Put the object into the reference position and press the Camera mode button.
2. Press "Camera mode" button again to capture "reference photo"of the object in its reference position
The "reference photo" can be stored or don't need to be stored, because we need only size of the object inside the "reference photo". "Reference height" and "Reference width". So when press "Camera mode" button we can only measure the "reference height" and "reference width" of the object.


3. Press play button
When you press "play button" the program inside the application should then capture another "comparing photo" and store the values of the height and width into "compare height" and "compare width".
The program should capture new "Comparing photo" every "comparing capturing time=5" 5 minute.
The program should then compare the values of the "comparing height" and "comparing width" with "reference height" and "reference width" like this:
IF  ("comparing height" > "reference height" )&& ("comparing width"> "reference width" )
Then ..

Set "Alarm"  ON
else
Then Set "Alarm" OFF
End IF..

"Variables"
"comparing height"
"reference height"
"comparing width"
"reference width"
"comparing capturing time"
"Camera mode " button
"Play" button
"Alarm" 

The functions alarm, play button, comparing already exist in my application. The most important is new camera mode button, capturing of the photo,measuring the size of the object. The comparing and alarm part can be used the same way as I already made in my application.
