Call Center Advisor - 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)

About Us:
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Call Centre Advisors to join our team, serving renowned American and Canadian brands. If you have the right skills and motivation, you can quickly rise to a Call Centre Team Leader or Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls in fluent English
📝 Follow a short script (2-4 minutes) and transfer calls as needed
💻 Update our systems with relevant information during and after calls, adhering to standard operating procedures
📊 Utilize Excel to track performance metrics

Qualifications:
🌟 Advanced English proficiency
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🏢 Previous experience in a Call Centre, Sales, or Customer Service environment is required
📄 Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
📞 Basic knowledge of call center telephony and technology
⌨️ Strong data entry and typing skills
🔍 Attention to detail
🎧 Must own a USB or Bluetooth headset and a PC/laptop

💰 $500 + up to $250 bonus

Project overview
