That I want to do is: - Call a phone number directly from the application (UWP with C#)
- Initiate a Voice Call to a mobile phone from my Application (Universal Windows Platform UWP - C#)
- The visitor and the resident need to talk,  the visitor uses the app and the resident uses his mobile phone.
- After the resident finish to talk with the visitor, the resident needs to press his keypad and the application receives the digit pressed
