I hv existing code which i want to understand and modify. This code is counting no of vehicles stoping in roi more than a fixed duration. Let say we hv roi and we can set alarm if cars are more than 1 ,2 or 3 upto 5 adjustable, stops for duration set for more than 1 minute adjustable to upto 5 min.

Hv some existing code with inhouse detector and tracker which can detect person or vehicles automatically and assign a unique id.
