Job Scope: - Extract and gather requirements from clients and users - Present requirements in documentations including user stories, flow charts, data points, data flow charts, and UI wireframe designs - be the junction point in the deliver process, Coordinate with technical team , project manager and customers, to create a solution - verify solution by testing - support clients and users to verify solutions by organizing UAT -support clients and users in on-going improvements Hubspot Developer Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced HubSpot Developer/Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can deliver high-quality development results and manage end-to-end project execution. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the HubSpot platform and possess strong project management skills, with a knack for requirements gathering, and client delivery. Responsibilities: 1. HubSpot Development: Developing, testing, and implementing solutions within the HubSpot platform, including coding and design. This includes creating workflows, custom modules, email templates, landing pages, etc. 2. Project Management: Owning project execution from start to finish. This includes developing project scopes, objectives, and timelines, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution. 3. Requirement Gathering: Engaging with clients to identify project requirements, assess business needs, and translate them into functional specifications. This also includes stakeholder management and communication. 4. Client Delivery: Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and meet or exceed client expectations. 5. Reporting: Reporting and escalating to management as needed, and regularly updating stakeholders about project status and progress. 6. Collaboration: Working closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to optimize processes and ensure projects align with company goals. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer, with a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform, including marketing, sales, and service hubs. 3. Strong project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. 4. Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications. 5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions. 7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 8. HubSpot Certifications such as HubSpot Developer and Inbound Certification would be a plus. Pardot Developer, requirements and responsibilities are similar to Hubspot
