Hire Scout is a growing remote offshore headhunting company. We're looking for a motivated and energetic Business/Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive our business growth within the United States.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, setting the stage for our account executives to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Qualify inbound leads and manage initial customer inquiries
- Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong call / meeting presence and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent english and communication skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Apollo, Outreach)
- Knowledge of headhunting / recruiting or related fields
- Experience with social selling techniques, particularly on LinkedIn
