Job Summary
What we are looking for:
• Generate new leads and direct clients within the web, mobile and digital technologies across the globe.
• Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.
• Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.


• Should have worked with reputed software services companies selling IT solutions/ Development services in International Markets.
• Generate outbound contacts for generating, qualifying leads, Make outbound cold calls to the targeted list of prospects.
• Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/software development services.


• Must be able to handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Must possess a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
• Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services.


• Candidates should have extensive experience of generating business from online Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, fiverr etc.
• Should be well versed on LinkedIn and acquiring stakeholders using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• An aggressive go-getter with excellent client-relationship skills.


• Should be able to work effectively as an individual as well as contribute towards team efforts.
• Experience in web and mobile app Solutions sales and an understanding of how these apply to business processes.
• We are looking for a highly talented self-motivated individual with excellent oral and presentation skills.


• Excellence in handling international clients.
• Candidate must have IT Background.
• Leadership skills, pro-active, persuasive orientation
• Self-driven and willing to take initiatives
