We are looking for an English fluent Business Development Manager for our OnlyFans Management Agency based in Canada.

***What you'll do***

You will be in charge of formulating and testing strategies and new business ideas to increase the agency's revenue through the acquisition of new models, strategic alliances, and sales funnels optimization whilst hiring and mentoring a team of sexters (SDRs).

***Your responsibilities***

-Develop and manage a solid recruiting pipeline to attract and capture models for the agency.
-Develop and manage an optimized sales pipeline to increase sales of each model using a mix of platforms and strategies.
-Continuously monitor market trends to detect and test new business opportunities to optimize the value proposition of the agency and each model.
-Hire and mentor a high-performing team of sexters (SDRs).
-Acquire new partners/brands to collaborate with each model by managing the entire partnership cycle from prospecting, outreach, value conveying, presentation, negotiating, and closing.


***Your Qualifications***

-Proficient in English speaking and writing.
-2-3 years working in sales-business development positions
-Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
-Experience working with creators/influencers will be considered a plus


***The Benefits***

-Between 80-160 hours of work per month at a rate of 6 CAD an hour (Fixed)
-Additional quota-based compensation
-Fully remote
