I am looking for Latin-American freelancers with Fluent/Native English for my appointment setting agency on Upwork.

This position on our agency is Base Salary + Commission

We specialize in Cold Calling for marketing agencies, real estate companies, financial or/and insurance companies, etc.

We will train you and then assign you to clients to work with so don't worry if you don't have experience.

Every freelancer will start handling 1 client and then every 2-3 weeks while you get better and faster we will assign you more until reaching 3.

Compensation:
- Every client you handle has a Base Salary of $100
- Commissions range from $150-$250 depending the client
- Some clients pay per appointment booked or appointment show up but the earning potential is similar to commissions

Projection example if you are working with 3 clients (low end):
- 3 Clients x $100 = $300
- (worst case scenario) 1 deal closed per client = $250 x 3 = $750
- Total = $300 + $750 = $1,050/month

Projection example if you are working with 3 clients (high end):
- 3 Clients x $100 = $300
- 3 deal closed per client = $250 x 9 = $2,250
- Total = $300 + $2,250 = $2,550/month

Earning potential of $1,000-$2,500/month

Qualifications:
- Fluent/Native English
- Sales background if possible (not a must but it'd highlight you over others)
- Call Center/Telemarketing experience if possible (not a must but it'd highlight you over others)
- Coachable
- 8-10 hours available Mon-Fri
- Good Internet Connection
- Laptop/PC
