Build me a Power Bi Visualization, using an online database

I want to build x2 organisational reports consisting of approximately 10-12 Power Bi Visuals that analyses data from a database hosted on an existing website (PHP- framework Laravel and server AWS).

The Database and Reports supports the data analysis for users of an application, which is the method of collect for the data. Each user has their own log in which gives them access to their unique database. The reports are required to be templates that are generic enough to be used for all users on their personal account and be automated so as the data changes on the database, so to does the users dashboard visual / report.

In summary you will be required to:
connect datasets from Website
create PBI workspace, design and plan PBI reports
apply relevant power query, data model, calculations and measures
Create 2 dashboard reports/ visuals
backend development- create additional login page on existing website/ apply restrictions for specific users
front end development- design new tab (login page) to access the reports and visuals
