Build a simple '100 pushups' website.

There are multiple websites that imitate the "100 pushups" workflow in github.
I found the design on this one to be very usable: https://github.com/kaicarver/pushups
However, the design details are a bit clumsy and the repository doesn't have a LICENSE file, so we might need to rebuild it.

So the task here is to replicate the overall design of this github project, and:

- Include all the pushups and situps values, for all tiers and days. This can be taken from https://hundredpushups.com/
- Create nice visuals: the functional part should be a slightly transparent div, centerd in the middle of the page. The global background should be a stylized black and white picture depicting a gym or whatever thing that fits the theme.
- Vanilla html/css/js is preferred, unless there is a good reason to use next.js/React or similar.
- Timer and timer logging on each step should work properly.
- Pressing the spacebar or the enter button anywhere in the page should move to the next "task" in the app.

There might be more tasks to do on this project in the future.

This is a project that I plan to host in S3 for free use (possibly with ads). This may need constant updates over time.
