Need to build several plugin where our merchants can install to their eCommerce store.

The plugin needs to have following basic features
- Calculate shipping rate automatically
- Generate tracking code automatically

Example of plugins are such as

The plugin should be built in php as it will be hosted in a shared hosting that supports php.

Preferably Malaysian developers as one will be dealing with local logistics for API integration.
