I already have a SOAP webservice deployed for a small project I'm currently working on and I would like to hire someone to write a responsive website to query data in this webservice and display both in desktop and mobile devices.
This website should work for common browsers like IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. First page of the application is a form with 5-6 fields to be fulfilled (some of them need input from other field, like state needs the value from country field to start displaying states for that country) and second page is the display result. The website has others pages like who we are, get in contact and submit a new race (which is basically a form or fixed text).

Instruction and pages prototype attached to this project as well as SOAPui project including description and IP address of the webservice.
The person must deliver me a VS 2012 solution file including all source code.
