I need to design a semi-functional prototype of a website (with any design tool that I can latter work with....Figma for example). The website is a financing webpage where we upload the details of companies seeking for financing. There are already registered financing companies that can send an offer.

The details of the webpage are in the attached presentation. We will use this prototype for marketing purposes and to show it to potential clients, therefore some functionality is needed (to interact with the platform, but not coding at this stage).

Project overview

We are a new brokerage company that intermediates financings. There are small to mid-size companies looking for long term financing. When they come to us, we ask them for all their documentation, compile it, make our own analysis, and recommend them a financing structure. After that we upload it to the platform (that we want to start developing here) and our financing clients can see all this an send an offer to finance a certain company from the platform.
