Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven agent, the primary function of the role is to deliver professional and high-quality customer support. This includes non-technical and technical assistance to each customer. The BPO agent must follow guidelines, processes, and proper use of systems to provide a better customer experience. This role could include customer, client, or third-party communication via phone, email, or text resolving each case in a timely manner.
Job Duties:
• Answer all incoming customer interactions (phone, email, text) within quality standards.
• Respond and resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly and in line with associated processes and procedures.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of client products and/or services
• Resolve all customer’s issues or inquiries during the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Adhere to all company guidelines regarding the delivery of service to customers
Background required:
o Education
o High school graduate
o Experience
o +1 year of BPO experience.
