Bookkeeper for quick books online Usa - Full time job

Looking for someone to work full time with us. You will have to learn our system and be a pro in quickbooks online. You will take over a few clients we had with an outsourcing company and they made a mess with somebooks

Requirements:
Attention to detail
Understand accounting in United States and be a quickbooks online expert for bookkeeping
Be interactive and fast learner with online technology.
We are implementing a new system and we need you to be part of the team and provide feedback in every aspect possible.
Portuguese - English and Spanish

- We are in the process of creating workflows for a new system and brand new website so you will have the opportunity to contribute in every aspect.
- We are in the process to use bitrix24 so you must adapt fast to changes and be a fast learner
- We do not take shortcuts and if we review the work and is not properly done we will not accept.


We had problems before because the previous company took shortcuts. We need someone that learns fast, follow requests, pay attention to detail and is always looking for ways to improve the way we work.
