what should a bookkeeper do each month?
1. Send us Financials each month (Will provide us a snapshot of the Bizz performance)
Profit and Loss
Balance statement
Track all expenses so we are not over spending

Transaction categorization
There will be several unknown transactions, he/she has to send us a list to provide them where to locate them.
A list of reimbursements to collect from each company.
Credit cards reimbursements

Payment to be made through the week/month
I’ll suggest to have this payment processed by each Friday
4. Client Invoicing
Provide us a list of all accounts to collect
Collect payments
5. Be available for questions and updates!
