About this project

Open

We're currently in the process of developing an auction platform for distressed properties.
Right now, we’re working on the platform's core functionalities, and we're excited about integrating blockchain technology to improve security and efficiency.
Goals for integrating blockchain technology into our platform:
1. User Authentication and Wallet Integration
- Develop a secure user authentication system allowing users to create accounts linked to their cryptocurrency wallets.
- Integrate popular cryptocurrency wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet) to facilitate seamless transactions.
2. Smart Contract Development
- Design and deploy smart contracts that facilitate the auction process, including bidding mechanisms, escrow services, and automatic property transfer upon successful bidding.
- Implement multi-sig wallets in the smart contracts for enhanced security during transactions.
3. Property Listing and Verification
- Create a standardized protocol for property listing that verifies ownership and legal status before allowing properties to be listed on the platform.
- Implement off-chain data or oracles to securely link real estate data onto the blockchain (e.g., Property deeds, foreclosure records).
4. Real-Time Bidding System
- Develop a decentralized bidding mechanism that allows real-time updates on bids and ensures bid integrity.
- Implement a time-lock mechanism for bids to prevent last-minute bidding manipulations.
5. Auction Completion and Settlement Process
- Automate the auction completion and settlement process in the smart contracts, ensuring that funds are released and properties are transferred seamlessly post-auction.
- Include a dispute resolution system backed by decentralized governance (e.g., DAO) to resolve potential conflicts.
6. Blockchain Analytics and Feedback Mechanism
- Implement features that allow users to track their bidding activity and property ownership history on the blockchain.
- Develop methods to gather user feedback and improve functionalities based on their experiences.
Our goal is to create a highly secure and user-friendly system that benefits investors, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.
Now we have a dev team made up of a Project Manager, a ui/ux designer, a front-end developer, a back-end developer, a devops engineer, a web3 developer, and a qa engineer. Unfortunately, our web3 developer has run into some issues and can't continue with the project. So, I'm looking to hire someone as a web3 developer.
For this role, we are looking at a hourly range of $90~$120, depending on experience and skills.
This position will be fully remote, which allows for flexibility in terms of your location. So you would work with us without geographical constraints.
If we were to consider a part-time arrangement, we would be looking at around 25 to 30 hours a week. However, we are primarily focused on finding someone interested in a more full-time commitment to help drive the growth of our platform.
