Blockchain and Application Project

Company description and a bit about myself:
Privax is a new company founded by myself, Evan Lorezca. Currently, I have zero employees, however, I do have 2 experienced freelancer blockchain developers working remotely in India for the next 2 months. Therefore, my main goal is to permanently hire an experienced blockchain developer, located in the Philippines and is willing to work on multiple projects with me from a long-term standpoint.

I currently reside in Taguig, Metro Manila. As said before, Privax is a very new company, which means we are still in the early stages of development. An enterprise blockchain would be very ideal for Privax because it shall be used to leverage an asset-based business.

Privax will operate in such a way where investors can come onto Privax's website and invest in assets listed by Privax. This is where blockchain comes in because, we will not only use blockchain to record transactions, but to also keep transactions safe, secure, fast, private, and scalable. Overall, blockchain is the underlying layer of Privax that will add to the functionality of the system.



Main requirements:
-Located in the Philippines (preferably Manila)
-Develop a private, secure, fast, safe, and scalable enterprise blockchain
-At least 4-5 years of blockchain development experience. (I am looking for a very experienced developer.)
-Experience with Hyperledger Fabric and enterprise blockchains
-Developed Tokens (not fully required)
-Versatile with coding languages. Ex: Golang
-Can help maintain blockchain and applications with upgrades, reviewing code, etc.
-Experienced with application development

Due to Privax still being in the early stages of development, I continue to change plans here and there because as time goes on, we will continue to realize what is best for the development of Privax. The listed requirements are the main details as of now, but I shall state more in the future. In terms of the work manner, I will specify a goal and a deadline, and it shall be completed.

Depending on the difficulty of the task, I will be lenient and understanding. Pay will also be on a monthly basis.
