We have potential patients respond to Facebook ads by submitting their contact information including phone number and email address which comes to us through our CRM as an inbound lead. The lead needs to be contacted as soon as possible via phone call to be qualified via a screening questionnaire. If the lead meets the screening criteria, this person will transfer them to our study coordinator to further qualify them. If the study coordinator is unavailable, the coordinator will contact them later that day.
If they are unable to get a hold of the lead via phone call, they will send text messages and emails all from within our CRM. They will then need to attempt to contact the patient again the following day.

Project overview

This is a medical center that is getting patients to sign up for the study through Facebook ads and many are coming in speaking Spanish. We need support with a bilingual assistant who can answer these leads and forward the patient to the study coordinator after pre-qualifying them with a list of questions.
