Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
Initiate contact with warm and hot leads through phone calls, building rapport and trust.
Conduct conversations in Spanish and English to cater to diverse leads.
Update CRM with detailed notes after each interaction.
Utilize texting and email to maintain regular communication with leads.
Qualification Process:
Assess leads to determine their eligibility for our programs.
Gather and document relevant information for the qualification process.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for further discussions with the closer/manager.
Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to facilitate a smooth handover.
Realtor Relationship Building:
Reach out to real estate agents to educate them on our niche loan programs.
Establish and nurture relationships to encourage realtors to provide contracts for their clients.
Training and Development:
Participate in our comprehensive onboarding process.
Engage in training sessions twice a week to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Utilize provided tools and resources to enhance performance and ensure success.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in lead conversion, ideally in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Reliable computer and high-speed internet access.
