We own a Spa in Miami, Florida, and we are expanding to a second location in the near future. We receive many calls of people looking to book their appointments, or ask questions about the different services we offer. We need a rep who can manage the scheduling, coordinating appointments with therapist availability.



We also up-sale the clients to other services while in the phone. The rep will earn commissions for after-hours appointment set, outbound re-engagement calls, etc. We are expanding, so more reps will be needed and management opportunities are available.
