Our need:
1) Create a cloud server
2) Create a DB and translate our data model to the cloud - project is currently offline
3) Develop our back-end solution, which basically consists reading, processing and enrichin web crawler data and then insert it the database
4) Put in place infrastructure and data security tools as needed
5) Plus (If the freelancer has knowledge in Power BI): Develop our BI reporting tools
