Ayuda con finanzas

Estoy escribiendo mi tesis para la universidad creando una empresa para el mercado peruano. Me han pedido hacer los calculos financieros de todo el plan de negocio y necesito muchisima ayuda ya que estoy sumamente perdido. El trabajo lo tengo que presentar el martes.

Requisitos:

* Setup costs.
* Key financial assumptions on, at least, revenue and cost drivers and growth.
* Projected gross burn-rate, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement for three years; first year monthly, and second and third year quarterly.
* Profit Margin, WACC and Debt to Equity ratio, for three years, calculated yearly.
* Breakeven and payback analysis.
* irr, npv and roe, considering perpetuity at the end of the third year.
* Financial sensitivity for three scenarios: Worst, expected, best.
* Initial funding needed; amount, timing, application (percentage per type of costs) and source of funds.
