I need a  tool for preparing my Shipments - Labels and Documents associated with it.
Current process:
1. Warehouse guy prepares in excel a packing list, pallet by pallet entering no. Of pallets, boxes, product inside, qty and saves it in PDF .
2. Warehous guys prepares in word, Labels for each box printing one at a time and then changing the number of labels manually.
3. Logistics guy prepares labels of Dangerous goods, declaration in excel and then save it in pdf.
4. Invoice is generated automatically from SAP.
5. All these documents are stored in a folder and send to customer by email. Having issuess of finding it later.


Requirement.

1. One single tool is required, which will have all masterrecord of product, packing configuration, clients detail, dangerous goods detail, and all the templates for label s and documents. User should select and configure for each shipment and all documents should be generated automatically with an option to print.
