I am currently looking for a freelancer to help me develop of an Automatic Diabetic Retinopathy System before November. It shall be a desktop application done in Matlab. The system will have a log in, registration and log out with the registration details saved in SQL.


I wish to use STARE database to test the system. It should include mathematical morphology for the detection.
