Hi I need help for this project!

Auto Duty Rostering
1. Able to take into account the personnel’s restrictions for the month (e.g 1,3,5 Feb unable to work)
2. Able to edit each person’s qualification (e.g Person X can do A, B, C tasks, Y can do A & C tasks)
3.

Able to add in new employee's names
4. Able to add in new qualifications (e.g. Add ability to do D & E tasks)
5.

Able to set constraints for
(a) Daily requirements (e.g have at least 3 A-qualified, no more than 1 B-qualified per day)
(b) Monthly requirements for each person (e.g. No more than 2 work days per month, no less than 5 days in between each duty)
6. Able to “one click” and populate monthly roster based on given constraints
7. Able to have a function for swapping of duty (e.g

X wishes to swap 1 Feb with Y’s 2 Feb duty)
