Who We Are:

We are a fast-growing property management company located in Miami, FL. Specializing in real estate investments and offering a turnkey solution to its clients: acquisition, renovations, and management.

Position Summary:

You will be overseeing our operations of our Miami office with a staff of professionals composed of property managers, project manager, bookkeeper, accountants, and transaction coordinator. You will also assist the President in implementing new systems and streamlining established processes. We are looking for an energetic/team player individual, detailed oriented who can process work orders, gather estimates from vendors.
A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are greatly valued in for this position.
Responsibilities include working closely with vendors, facilitate solutions to problems between Landlord and Tenants and internal staff. Strong management, customer service and supervisory skills are required. Applicants should be comfortable addressing tenant issues with a professional and friendly demeanor while maintaining a strong presence in enforcing strict company rules and lease agreements.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage all aspects of rental properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Conduct tenant screenings, including credit and background checks.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns and resolve issues as necessary.
• Manage property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure all rent payments are received and recorded accurately.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and property owners to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Create and maintain accurate property records and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a virtual environment.
• Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience using property management software and tools, such as Buildium.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Special Requirements:

• On-call 24/7. Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends if needed based on project requirement.
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Salary: based on experience.
