Asset Teddy (I.T Asset Management mobile application)

Asset Teddy is a I.T Asset Management mobile application that allow user to record the relevant data of the IT assets, with this app user able to track all the assets by scanning the bar code(Asset tag) of the device or through the search engine of the application. This apps may generate a report based on the requirement of staff in the pie chart format.

Technical support staff

• Allow to login and logout from the system
• Allow to add new asset information into the system
• Allow to track the asset by using the search engine (serial number or asset tag) or scan the asset tag
• Allow to update,remove and modify the asset information


Compliance team

• Allow to login and logout from the system
• Allow to track the asset by using the search engine and scan the asset tag
• Allow to update, remove and modify the status of the asset information
• Allow to generate pie chart based on the parameter chosen

Admin
• Allow to login and logout to the system
• Allow to add end user (technical support staff and compliance team) to the system
• Allow to remove end user from the system
• Allow to observe the staffs latest activities (who added, updated or modified the data of the assets)
• Allow to track the asset by using the search engine and scan the asset tag
• Allow to update, remove and modify the status of the asset information
• Allow to generate pie chart based on the parameter chosen
