Hi there! My name is Hernan and I’m hiring for a part-time SEO virtual assistant right now (although I hate that job description).

about me (hernan):
• i own an seo and content marketing agency
• i move very fast and expect the people i work with to be the same way
• i am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• i give bonuses for doing a good job (if i make money you should be rewarded for that)
• i own 2 companies and they are in the us. They are both registered

about the position:
• follow directions and instructions
• able to work without being micro-managed
• create google drive files (gdocs, slides, spreadsheets, etc.) And Folders
• Interlink Drive files and folders as instructed
• Create Gmail Accounts, G+ Pages, Twitter and other web 2.0 profiles as needed
• Do online research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
